A CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) is a software tool that will help store and organize your client’s important information.   Depending on which one you pick, this management system will collect personal information, medicare or health insurance information, notes, products, and other important pieces of information to keep your client’s information organized.

Less Annoying CRM 

This CRM is perfect for an Agent or Solopreneur or small business looking for a little more than a spreadsheet.  This CRM costs about $15 per month but will give you a free 30-day trial period.  It’s perfect for an Agent looking to take their business to the next level.  Plus it has great customer service that can answer any questions you may have.


Pipedrive is for Agents who want a full CRM that can integrate with just about anything.  This CRM is built by salespeople so it understands your needs.  It puts things in pipelines and helps send texts, set reminders, and integrate with social media.  It is made for unlimited customers and will cost about $25 – $50 per month.  There is also a trial period to test it out.


AgencyBloc is the #1 recommended tool for agents.  It’s actually an Agency Management System created by those in the industry.  It helps keep track of commission statements, revenue, etc.  This CRM runs about $65 a month with a free trial to see how you like it.
