How to Be more approachable as an insurance agent

Dale Carnegie wrote “How to Win Friends & Influence People” back in 1936 and it became an instant best-seller.  Since then, Carnegie’s message, based on his business education course, has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.  It is also among Tim Magazine’s top 100 most influential books of all time.   Carnegie believed “Happiness doesn’t depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude”.  He also said that a first impression is priceless therefore it’s so important to smile, remember a person’s name and really listen to what they are saying.

In Podcast: Episode 64 we’ll also explore Carnegie’s:

  • 6 ways to make people like you
  • 12 ways to win people to your way of thinking
  • 9 ways to change people without making them resentful
  • And so much more…

We also reviewed the book “Think and Grow Rich” in an earlier podcast.  You can listen to all of our Broker Link episodes in our Podcast library here!
