Deep down we all know how important the first meal of the day is, it does more than set the tone for the day…it gives our body nutrients it needs to wake up.  But let’s take it a step further. According to WebMD, breakfast kick-starts your metabolism helping burn calories throughout the day. Studies have also linked eating breakfast to good health and better memory & concentration.  And if that hasn’t sold you yet, eating breakfast can also lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol and lower out chances of diabetes, heart disease and being overweight.  Sold!

Ok we know we need to eat breakfast every day, but what should we eat.  Whether you are an insurance agent or an elementary school teacher, we all live in a busy world where grabbing coffee and a muffin or bagel is the norm.  But choosing to do so, can do more damage than good.
