Walmart AEP Program

Program Guidelines

• Selected stores are not guaranteed – please select top 3 store options and we will provide confirmation once a store is confirmed by Walmart.
• Pricing – $200/month per store, plus per enrollment fees: $100 per MA/Med Supp ($50 renewal), $25 per PDP ($6 renewal), and $23 per ACA enrollment ($23 renewal).
• Must work Oct, Nov and Dec = $600 minimum for AEP; OEP is optional and will include Jan, Feb and Mar staffing requirement.
• Agents must enter all enrollments in the Walmart Sunfire Portal (different login than Simply Enroll).
• AEP store fees will be charged to the account on file in late January; enrollment fees will be charged in late April. You may use earned Brokerage Bucks.
• A minimum of 20 hours and 3 days per week required.
• Stores selected and confirmed are non-refundable ($600 store fee).
• First day in store is October 1 for AEP; December 15th is the last day for AEP.
