- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teammates

You Might Be a Great Fit If…
- You’d rather solve problems than write code for the sake of writing code.
- You enjoy understanding how people work before designing technology.
- You’re comfortable saying, “I don’t know—but I’ll connect with the teams and figure it out.”
- You thrive in environments where no two days look the same.
- You take ownership, seek feedback, and continuously improve.

What Makes This Opportunity Different
This isn’t a large corporate development team with years of onboarding and specialized roles.
You’ll learn by building.
You’ll collaborate directly with experienced contract developers, observe how software is designed and deployed, and gain hands-on experience translating business challenges into practical technology solutions.
You’ll have a front-row seat to the modernization of a 50-year-old company and the opportunity to grow into a key technology leader as the organization evolves.
