Job Title: Contracting Specialist

Location:
Flower Mound, Texas

Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (May need to work extended hours to meet contract obligations from time to time)

Job Summary: Conduct high level contract review and analysis, engage with the carriers when processing contracts and understanding the upline role. Maintain our database with carrier reports and provide customer service to our agents.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable with spreadsheets and Excel
  • Computer literate
  • 3+ years in data entry
  • Contracts: 1+ years (preferred)
  • Industry specific with Agencybloc, Agency integrator, Surancebay
  • College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to learn and acquire proficiency in the CRM software that TBI utilizes.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Excellent organization capabilities and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to multitask in highly stressful situations.
  • Maintains and manages data accounts in CRM systems.
  • Proactively partners across all departments to manage the timely satisfaction of agency obligations under all contract agreements.
  • Verify documents and ensure that they meet contract requirements and maintain document in an electronic filing system. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
