Associate Product Developer

Associate Product Developer

You’ll work directly with leadership and our contracted development partners to turn business ideas into software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learn how our business operates by working closely with marketing, operations, recruiting, and leadership
  • Translate real-world business workflows into intuitive technology solutions
  • Partner with contracted software developers to build and improve internal applications
  • Help design, test, document, and refine new software features
  • Build automations and integrations that eliminate repetitive work
  • Improve user experiences across internal and agent-facing systems
  • Assist with quality assurance, troubleshooting, and software testing
  • Document business processes and technical requirements
  • Continuously learn new technologies, AI tools, and development frameworks

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Internship, portfolio, GitHub projects, or coursework demonstrating your ability to solve technical problems
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, APIs, databases, and modern programming languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teammates
  • High integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn by doing

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You’d rather solve problems than write code for the sake of writing code.
  • You enjoy understanding how people work before designing technology.
  • You’re comfortable saying, “I don’t know—but I’ll connect with the teams and figure it out.”
  • You thrive in environments where no two days look the same.
  • You take ownership, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to build something instead of simply maintaining it.
  • You get outside your silo and collaborate

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This isn’t a large corporate development team with years of onboarding and specialized roles.

You’ll learn by building.

You’ll collaborate directly with experienced contract developers, observe how software is designed and deployed, and gain hands-on experience translating business challenges into practical technology solutions.

You’ll have a front-row seat to the modernization of a 50-year-old company and the opportunity to grow into a key technology leader as the organization evolves.
