Since I already have Simply Enroll, do I need to do anything to get access to the new features?
If you already have access to the current Simply Enroll, you don’t need to do anything and will automatically receive access to the new portal when it rolls out in early August. You will receive an email with login information as we get closer to that time, along with updates and training along the way!
Should I request access now or wait until the new SE comes out?
You can request access right here and select the box that says “new platform coming in August 2020.” If you want to use the old system that is going away on August 1, then you have that option as well. Either way, you’ll only need to request access once.
When do the changes go into effect?
Is the text feature available in Spanish?
I don’t believe it is available in Spanish, but we will know soon… This new platform will roll out in August and more information will be communicated in the interim.
Is there any training available for the enhancements, or is training necessary?
We will have training webinars, videos, and FAQ’s posted on our website and emailed out as we approach August and leading up to AEP.
Does it allow for the HRA bonus?
Unfortunately, HRA’s are not available outside of the carriers’ platforms at this time.
Is our current simply enroll just going to be upgraded or new link?
It will be a new link…a brand new system and much, much better than the current one. It will roll out in early August. You will automatically get access (so no need to request access again) and an emailed link to your new system in early August. At that time, you will get your new PURL to send to clients.
Is it only for Medicare products?
Yes, it is only for Medicare products.
Is this an exclusive product or system for the Brokerage?
It is somewhat exclusive… the system is powered by SunFireMatrix, and they don’t offer their system to individuals or small agencies, but since we have so many agents, we are able to get the system and provide it free of charge to our agents.
Do I have to have a website to use this tool?
No, you do not have to have a website. When you get access to the tool, you will be provided with a website and you’ll have a PURL (personalized URL) that you can share with clients to shop and enroll on their own. You’ll also have your agent facing tool that looks different from the consumer-facing site, where you can enter client profiles, compare plans, enroll clients, send quotes, etc…
What happens to the profiles and drug lists from the old system?
Our plan is to have those directly uploaded into the new system.
Will I receive a copy of the SOA’s and applications that were submitted in Connecture?
What carriers will be available?
- Aetna with Silverscript
- Cigna Healthspring
- Mutual of Omaha PDP
Will I only be able to see plans that I’m contracted with?
No, all plans available in the system that TBI is contracted with will populate in plan searches, but only plans that you are appointed with will have a green “Enroll” button next to them.
I certainly would be interested in trying this tool again for 2021. I used it a few times last year, but was disappointed that WellCare didn’t accept applications using the tool so that sort of defeated the purpose. I did enroll a few PDP customers with Humana. For 2021 I am working to broaden my horizons to include MAPD in addition to MedSupps and am planning to certify with more carriers so I definitely think this will be useful. I have seen the interface that other FMO’s are offering with Connecture behind the scenes, so hopefully Simply Enroll will be similar (or at least updated to a more modern interface).
This will be an entirely new system and interface, which is much more user friendly and solves most of the problems that we were having with the old system. We’re moving away from Connecture and going with SunFireMatrix, which is probably the better-looking interface that you’ve seen. The enrollment form in the new system is consistent across all carriers, including Wellcare.
