Job Title: Health Insurance Broker Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, develop and manage agents.
- Engage with downline agents to strategize and develop a marketing plan to grow ACA business in your assigned territory through recruiting and marketing activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Health and Ancillary product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of compliance policies, carrier operations, and marketing tactics.
- Receive and respond to all agent calls and emails.
- Maintain relationships with carrier representatives and coordinate meetings for training, marketing strategy and any other related issues or necessities.
- Actively participate in team events, discussions, and projects.
- Maintain relationships with agents and become a subject matter expert for assigned territory.
- Develop and deliver live trainings, webinars, and presentations as necessary.
- Assist in the review of CMS compliance questions from agents.
- Assist in the oversight of agent complaints and response submissions required by the carrier.
- Assist in the review and creation of internal materials.
- Occasional travel throughout the year to visit agents, agencies, carrier events and conferences.
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Directors in overlapping states to coordinate marketing efforts with direct agents and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Active Health and Life insurance license.
- Strong understanding of the health insurance industry with sales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
- Proficient in Windows PC & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other relevant software.
